Summary: Our room type that we chosed was overbooked. We had chosen the room type months prior and was confirmed. Only days before our arrival day did we received the notice that we won’t get our room selected.

Summary: Very easy to get to by train from Haneda Airport. Cafes and restaurants nearby but a 7 Eleven is only 100 metres away. The hotel has a large residents lounge with tea and coffee provided. The laundromat is good and very reasonably priced. An easy walk for 2 people in their 60s to the Osanbashi Pier. Room was large and very clean, as was the whole hotel.

Summary: All staff has excellent customer service. Just one hiccup when they had to call taxi and there were some miss communications. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable. Best place for pre/post cruise and easy access to the China Town. Good amenity for longer stay (furnished with Balmuda oven/microwave, Kettle, plates and cutlery set). Right next to Minato Mirai trai line/easy access for the elderly from station to the hotel. Free lounge access was plus!

Summary: This hotel is very modern, very nicely decorated and in a great location. Rooms were large and check in process was very easy and they offered English support.My only regret is that I didn’t book a Bayview room, I just assumed that booking a nicer room we would, but instead we were on the second floor, so was pretty disappointing. There is a lounge on the seventh floor, where you can make food. We did not have the breakfast buffet, but we appreciated the coffee and tea in the lobby. The coffee in the room was delicious!

Summary: Lovely hotel in a great location, close to the cruise terminal. Staff were exceptional and so knowledgable and keen to help you. The room was a very good size with great facilities. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean there was lots of storage. Felt more like a studio apartment over a hotel rm. The location was perfect- lots of stuff to do around hotel, good eats AND walking distance to the cruise port. Would definitely do it again!!
